Did some searching on the FOIA request to get information on ETA 750A and 750B. I want to know the job description and job title but I don't have a copy of the LC.
Where should I send the FOIA request? USCIS or DOL? My I-140 has been approved and I-485 has been pending for ~ 3 years.
Has anybody sent a FOIA request for LC? How long did it take?
