Whether we can request for records thru FOIA for a recently approved 485 (EB3) case.
Planning to get the 140 approval notice and labor info.
Do we really need 140 approval notice and labor info any more after 485 approval?

dont believe you need it anymore, but good to have i guess if they give it to you
