recived the Document after 80 days (end to end).
It did not have the i-140 Receipt copy, (or) the i-140 approval copy.
Instead , i got the i-140 petition with the approval stamping on it.
1)Do we need the receipt / approval copy? ( any time untill GC is obtained)
I plan to switch using AC-21.
2) The petition has a bar code and a receipt number. It also has a A #. The number is handwritten and not sure if its a 3 or 5 or 8 . Do we need this anytime again for any reason ? (Assuming my employer will put me into trouble when i leave him)
3) The Salary quoted on my labor (750 form ) is 980.00 per week. Where as the i-140 says 50K per year. My job offers are around 75 K around approx. Would that be a problem.??
4) My spouse was on h4 (now ead) . Never worked here. So did not request FOIA for her. We do have copies of the 485,131,765 receipts for all. Anything docs needed for spouse?
