I need your advice. I filed a FOIA request with USCIS and got a response. However USCIS withheld few documents under the following excuse:
Records compiled for law enforcement purposes may be withheld if disclosure could:
1. interfere with enforcement procedures (5 U.S.C. 552(b)(7))
I have the option to appeal this decision. My goal is to know what the withheld pages enclose. How should I go about this? Does anyone have an appeal sample that I can use?
