FOIA - 750A and 750B

I sent FOIA request in Feb'05 with complete file of I140 (Including 750A and 750B). Does any one know, they are going to send me 750A and B along with my request, because this is useful information for my case... Any one recently got 750A and B ????

I got the 750A and B forms, but they didn't send me the Labor Certification and I-140 approval notice.

I think 750A and 750B is enough for you, they will not send the Labor Cert..

I was really excited when I came to know about this FOIA.

(1)Will you please tell me how to apply FOIA to get information on previous LC & I140?

(2)Will I be able to get the copy of I140 approval and cancel notice by filing FOIA? I need it to retain my priority date.

(3)How and where do I file it and where to get the form?

(4) I don't have the petition filing number for I140. I know the filing date and withdrawn date of I140, center where it was filed. Will this be enough to file for FOIA?

FOIA & Alien number? Is this FOIA only Citizens and GC Holders?

Should I have GC (I485 receipt) to apply for FOIA?

After the reading all forums for FOIA , it seems like we can file FOIA only if we have Alien Number (from I-485 receipt).

I trying to file FOIA for my previous company's LC and I-140 documents which are approved. I have not filed for I-485 from that company and there by I don't have Alien Number. I have joined a different company who has filed my LC.

Based on my position, will I get previous companies I140 & LC documents through FOIA?
