To make a long story short, my boyfriend is a GC holder and getting married is not an option because of the visa waiting times. I have a B1/B2 multiple entry visa and i´ve entered the US with a gap of 2 months and stayed for 5 months. Now it´s been 4 months since i came back to my home country, and i´m going back to the US next sunday. I´ve never had any problems at POE and would like to keep it that way. i´ve never stated that i was visiting my boyfriend, though i always gave them his address. What should i say? is there any way to avoid any issues that may come up? please help me, i´m scared to death!!

At the POE, intent is everything. What you are doing is not illegal and you are not breaking any law, but the fact that you are making frequent trips on a visitor visa would raise doubts as to your intent and the chances of you being questioned at the POE increase. If you did nothing wrong, why are you scared? Be ready with an answer if the officer at POE asks why you are making frequent trips to the US and try not to lie.

Thank you for the quick answer. What doy you think i have to say, that i´m visiting my boyfriend or than i´m on vacation visiting some friends? I don´t mind telling the truth, i just hope it helps.
Thanks again
