Flying home to India from Tijuana

Can anyone guide me about the best method to fly home to India from Tijuana in case my application is rejected at the consulate? From what I have gathered, there is no need of a permit in order to enter Tijuana from San Diego - so in case of rejection, what are my options? Is there anyone familiar with the travel situation?
 
Hi..Please let me know what did u find about this situation...I am also in the same situation..I want to know how do we go back to india from Tijuana if visa gets rejected and without Mexican visa / permit.
