Flash News:EB-Visa Number Retrogression?

There is a rumor going around that the State Department will issue a revised Visa Bulletin for July 2007 next Monday (July 2) or Tuesday (July 3) and that it may show retrogression of some or all EB categories, very likely to the point of unavailable for the month of July!

It is all around.
This seems serious.
USCIS seems to have a great load of things, and wouldnt have expected that this would have so many filings and medical examinations.

Hello,

My attorney has already sent my I-485 case to USCIS , and the package is going to be delivered to USCIS on 07/02/07 at 3.00 pm. What will happen to my application? Will it be returned back to attorney?, or simply it will get rejected?
