First trip in US

Hi everyone,

I have a quick question, to which i cannot find an answer.
My wife is the lucky winner.

Now, for some reasons, we can't enter togeder in US, so my wife will go first, then she will come back in our home country and after that I will go in US.

My question is: it is possible for me to enter in US while my wife is not on US soil?
I know for sure that she must enter first in US but I don't know if she must be present on US soil so that I can enter the country.

Once your wife activates her GC, you can move to the US whether she is physically present in the US or not.
 
Yes once your wife gets the Green Card Activated then you are eligible to apply through your spouse so need not worry........
