I'm a citizen of Cyprus. I came to the US in 2003 as F-1 and I finished my Master's degree in May 2005. I had OPT from May 2005 until October 2005 and H-1B from October 2005 until now. I got a new I-94 with my H-1B approval so I didn't have to leave the US since my graduation (May 2005) and I never got an H-1B visa. My passport also expired, so I got a new passport from my embassy last month.
Now I'm thinking of going to Canada for my first H-1B stamping with my new passport. How probable is it that my visa will be denied? I'm basically interested to know if first time H-1B stamping can be done in Canada and if it's going to be OK that I don't have any visas in my passport right now.
