First Time Indian Visa Application

Hi,

I am a US citizen (recently naturalized) of Indian origin, applying for an Indian visitor's visa for the first time at the San Francisco consulate.

I have 2 questions in regards to my visa application:

1. Do I need to send all of my old Indian passports (expired and active) to TRAVISA along with my declaration of renunciation?

2. My name has been officially changed and the new name reflects on the US Passport. Am I required to submit a copy of the name change document in support of my Visa application?

Indian passport is required to send for cancelation. This is requirement for visitor visa application.
