First time H1b stamping- company size <15

Hi,
I am planning to go to India for H1b stamping in mid jan 2010.

Status- F1-OPT-H1
Company- < 15 , start up (12 years old), non-IT, no net income

I am worried that company size may create some problem when i go back for stamping.

Your expert view will be greatly appreciated in this matter.
