First time H1 stamping in ottawa

I have an appointment on june 16 at 8 AMfor first time visa stamping for H1
Can i get the receot for visa issuance fee from scotia bank in NY or do I have to get in canada.
As my appointment is at 8AM on monday Iam concerened the scotia bank in ottawa would not be open that early and i will have to be in canada on friday before 5PM to get the receipt
Pleasea advise
 
How did you manage this?..Did you go to NY for this or you flew few days earlier to get his thing done.I am in the same situation and need to figure this out?Appreciate your help.
