First time H1 Stamping At Chennai Consulate, Share your experiences

Hi Everyone,
I am new to this Forum. Could any one share their recent H1B experiences at Chennai consulate as I am going for stamping on 23rd of this month. I am more interested to hear from you on what questions are being asked by the inspection officer.

I saw that thread but haven't found it much useful.

I would like to get an opinion from the guys who had been to consulate recently. Since there is a H1B cap, I just would like understand from people that is it a good time to go for stamping or not worth at all and shouldn't be wasting my time and dime at this moment.
