First time H1 - Chennai: Any one experienced, Please help.

My nephew will be applying at Chennai for the first time for an H1. Any one got stamping recently. Please share your experiences and the documents required.

All Stamping depends on yours nephew..
Like:
1> Where he/she is working?
2> What he/she studied?
3> From how many years he/she is working and companies he worked are reputed( Like TCS or WIPRO)
4> Did he/she had any abroad(Like CANADA or UK) work experience
5> How much luck he/she has?

Can you answer me for the above questions.
