First time EAD filing

When filing for the first EAD with I-485 pending do we need to include copies of previous H-1B1 approvals? Also do we need to include copies of previous practical training cards?

No need of H1-B1.

Minimum Documents required.

1. Copy Of Approved I140
2. Copy Of I94 Front & Back
3. Copy Of I485 Receipt

If You are not the Primary Applicant, You should attach a
1. Copy Of Your Husband's I485 receipt
2. Copy Of Marriage Certificate

Do You Know that You can file EAD Online. & Send the above Supporting Documents in mail.

For Temparory EAD You need Copy Of I94 & Copy Of I485 Receipt must. You don't need to wait until your I140 approved.
