First time applicant documents for H1

Hi All,
On Chennai consulate website, For H1 visa, there is a list of documents for first time applicants. What does "first time" mean? First time at Chennai consulate or first time for H1 Visa.
I already have H1 visa stamped on my passport several times and I am on 7th year extension and planning to appear for visa at Chennai.

"First time" H1 applicants means, people who are applying for their first H1 visa stamping on passport. So its not applicable to you if you already have H1 stamped on your pp. But I don't think that list of docs for 1st time or nth time H1 applicants is any different. You still need all the docs to be submitted.

Thanks a lot for your reply. there are some documents like the following for first time applicants

1) Names and current phone numbers of the personnel managers at the applicant's present and past jobs
2) Photographs of the inside and outside of current or most recent employer's place of business (provided by the employer)
3) Names and contact information of two co-workers from your current or most recent place of employment
4) Names and contact information of two co-workers from past jobs
5) Personal bank records for the last six months
6) US company information: photographs of the inside and outside of the company's offices (provided by the employer), prospectus, brochures, and annual report

So, I am not sure if I have to carry all these or not.
