First time AP and EAD approved - RD 08/12/2003

To all my fellow compatriots,

I-140 got approved on June 2003. No concurrent processing.

Applied 485 after that and got RD for 485, AP and EAD as 12th August 2003.

Got an RFE on EAD on 19th Sep. Asked for copies of passport pages along with the EAD application. Received by BCIS on 10th Oct (online message got changed to reflect that).

After that took 19 days to get the EAD approved. Today it got approved.

AP got approved one week back. Looking forward towards my India trip on Dec end.

I'm on seventh heaven now guys!!!

Can you please tell me
When did you apply for EAD?
When did you get RFE?
And how long it took after you got RFE?

enjoy your seventh heaven..because very soon you will be seeing HELL waiting for you 485 to get approved.

I applied for 485 (AP & EAD included) on 6th July.
I got RFE on 19th Sep.

After that the EAD got approved on 29th Oct, so it took around 40 days to get the EAD approved after I got the RFE.
