:) Hi Everyone,

I was recommended this forum and I needed some clarification on the abbreviations that were being used (AD, PD, RFE, etc). Could someone please enlighten me? I've recently responded to the fingerprinting request and have received my EAD and Advance Parole documents. The BCIS website says that the current processing times are between 570-600 days! Does it really take this long, or are people getting their greencards sooner than that??

Thanks for any info!

Forgot to mention that I'm an Indian citizen, but my country of birth is Germany. Does this make any difference??
