A Temporary Restraining Order of July Visa Bulletin Lawsuit was filled today in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Separate from the AILF class action lawsuit... Class action thrown in doubt because of DOS technicality on today's revised (not updated) July VB.

A "Temporary Restraining Order" is ordinarily issued after an "ex parte appearance" (an appearance in court by one party without the other being present). The Temporary Restraining Order is an order of the court that states that a person is to refrain from particular acts and to stay away from particular places.
Basically. it means as far as i know that someone out there in Illinois asked a judge to force DOS and USCIS not to apply the recent revised VB.
If all the visa numbers have been used, i dont see what s the point of this....
