I have been in confused for long time with the issue related to my name. My name has two part both of them are esentially first name in India.
In my passport my nmae is written as "Amit Akshay" but in my first F1 visa that I was issues in 1998 they put my first name as "Akhsay" and Last name as "Amit".
So, throughout my stay in US I have used Amit as LAST name and Akhsay as FIRST name. So esentially things have been just reversed in my case.
Has anybody in same situtation ever, any suggestions on how to fix this mess after so many years.
