first in- first out or last in -first out?

in my understand here
U.S.C.I.S. in order to speed up the processing time they do use both directions: up and down.
this the only explanation I came up with ...and I hope everbody gonna be happy about it. :rolleyes:

In that case it won't do any good for you, because you will be in middle.

but keep in mind that you have to count on 2000 and 2001 people as well, even though I am just kidding.
I hope they will figure something out to illuminate this confusion.

You were first when you apply and first in perseverance for sure. So just keep it easy. If you keep thinking about this, you will destroy your mind. Just immagine that you have your GC and you are happy, it will be here soon.
Have you sent your RFE?, Even though I read your post about it would not make any difference if you send it right-away, but I believe and it may in some cases and you are the one. SO be happy about your situation and get rid of that anxiety. I know you are close.

Thanks, nasrmobin. I haven't sent the RFE yet - I'm working on obtaining a medical waiver to aviod being interrogated again. I have almost filled out the applicaiton and put together supporting documents. As soon as I have medical statement in my hands, I will send the RFE back. What I've read here about nunc pro tunc does not sound promising - at first people wait for month to be interviewed and after the interview do not even know where their cases are located.

Uscis went out of control since cap has been lifted.fist-in first-out rule is no longer applicable.Uscis business became confrontation between lucky people and unluky ones.
