My H1B visa expires on June 16th '06. I have had my visa attested by the consulate when i made a trip to India in June '03. So, i have travelled in and out of the U.S without any issues.
My question:
- I am travelling to India in May '06, would you consider this as a risky proposition since it is one month to my visa expiration date?
-Should i have my renewal papers in hand while returning back to the U.S to be on the "safer" side?
-Can anyone who has been in a similar situation be willing to shed any light on this matter?
