First enter with B1 visa, will that affect my I-485?

Hi all,

I'm I-485 pending and will do my FP very soon. But I'm a bit worried about my I-485 because the following:

1. I first entered U.S. with B1 visa, then change to F1, then H1. Although I have never been out of status, I'm just wondering if the B1 entering will affect my I-485?

2. I was laid off in 2002 (I was under H1 status), but I found aother job within a month, will that affect my I-485 also?
