1st anniversary

I have been waiting now for almost 27 months. The rate at which CIS is proceeding - processing dates advance by 1 month every year and today they are processing Sep 01 cases, it is quite
possible that I will celebrate my 5th anniversary of my RD. I am not alone in this - gives me some solace.

(if you check www.aila.org you can see that as of Dec. 2002 CIS was processing Aug 2001 cases, and as of Dec. 2003 they were still processing Aug 2001 cases)
