firm A to firm B

I worked for firm A for a year and changed to firm B in the same field with same salary in Boston. Now EB2 RIR of firm A is approved.
1. Can I do concurrent filing of 140 & 485 under firm A (willing to do) and change the employer to firm B after 180 days?
2. What happens if the firm A goes bankrupt in this 180 days?

2. What happens if the firm A goes bankrupt in this 180 days? That will bring all kinds of problem for your pending GC petition....

It seems to me you are planning to get into a lot of problem...Hire a good attorney....
