After being struck for 3.5 years in the labor clearance, 9 months in Name Check and Medical RFE finally i got my approval notice today. I wish every one good luck, Hope the new changes will help every one complete their GC journey faster. The forums were very helpful for me from the stage one. I believe the things that i learned from this forum did reduced my waiting time significantly from following up on my labor status to writing letters to the FL reg my name check clearance. Thanks a lot for all the support and personal advices that i got .

HI! I AM GOING TO FILE 485 FOR ME AND MY FAMILY IN NEXT MONTH. WE DID OUR MEDICALS AND ME AND MY HUSBAND GOT POSITIVE SKIN. WHAT SHOULD WE DO? WHAT YOU DID TO REPLY SKIN TEST RFE?
