Company Policy ??
I thought one gets rid of this Company Policy when he/she files for 485 as this stage is for the Applicant and not the Company. I had the same problem when I filed Labour and I-140 - they wont tell me anything, its like passing through long dark tunnle. I am not sure whether my company will give me the ND, EAC#... for 485.
