Your husband has to file for I-485, which deal specifically with your greencard application. What he did was a disservice to you in a small way, is possible he's clueless on these immigration issues. Did you receive a response from USCIS that they received a I-130? Is he an American citizen or a greencard holder also known as a Legal Permanent Resident (LPR)? Huge difference.

As of now, no FP is coming your way my princess, until I-485/765 are filed, accompanied by G-325a and I-864 and I-694. Don't be discouraged as all of these can be corrected. FP check is to make sure you are not a criminal. If you haven't killed anyone, robbed or carjacked anyone, then USCIS won't give you any problems and FBI will clear your name and send it back to USCIS informing that you aren't a criminal...

He is a US Citizen....so am I going to be able to come to the US after my interview or what???

So, I am assuming you are abroad now and doing consular processing? There is not FP for I-130 (for him or you). If you guys are married or getting married soon, are you looking at the K1/K3 route? Too little details in your initial post.

yes we are married we have been married since 2003 so am i going to be able to come to the us after my interview??
