Hey:

Can any one please tell if USCIS will send fingerprint re-do notice automatically after 15 month expiration. I am stuck in name check (N-400). My original fingerprints were taken in November, 2005. Thanks!
 
I have read somewhere that new process is for USCIS to wait till your namecheck cleared and only than to send request for new FP. Some people therefore believe that it is a good sign if you requested to have FP taken after being stuck in NC for a while.
