Filed for i485 in vermont service centre.
My labor proirity date is Aug 2001. Iam on EAD now. Recently my case status says ' Fingerprints review completed'. I Gave my finger prints in Apr 2004.
Does it mean that they opened my case? What is the next step would be?
The processing date for EB3 India is May 2001. Will they process my case now or will they wait for Aug 2001 date?
