Fingerprints question

Myself and my wife were fingerpinted on November 1st,2002 in detroit area INS office for I-485 Employment based permanent residency application.Our fingerprints were taken on a computerized system.I have been checking the INS case status online for my and my wife's LIN numbers but nothing regarding fingerprints has shown up in our cases on the online tracking system.I just wanted to know how much time does it generally take for the system to be updated in regards to fingerprint information.How much more should I wait?For status regarding Fingerprints,is there some contact information.Please guide.

Call FBI and ask them. They will tell wheather they have sent to INS are not. Keep your #A and date of birth handy when you call them.

INS doesn't update with this info these days. I called FBI to confirm status of my FP..

You can find the FBI number on "Immihelp.com"
