Alright, here is the questions to you immigration gurus…
It is a known fact that when filing N-400 for second time within 15 months period, FP’ing is not needed. Does that mean that CIS won’t send any FP letters or they still will, basically I guess, what I am looking for is to re-file, but not certain how to go about FP step.
