Fingerprints expire in 1 week. What to do?

Guys!

My fingerprints expire in 1 week. Anyone has contacted USCIS about it and got the I485 pushed? What can I do?

My I140 was approved on 2/16/05. Fingerprints done on 12/15/2003. RFE on I485 (pictures) - RFE acknowledged on 2/24/05.
 
All depends on your Priority Date if you are from retrogreting country. you could ask ur paraleagal to talk to USCIS if you are not affected by retrogression or your priority date is current, it helps sometime....

Don't have a lawer

I do not have a lawer and I am not affected by retrogression.
My I140 was in EB1 category.

RD 8/27/03.
