Fingerprints- could not take one print

Hi,
My wife is currently in process of I485 and today she had her prints taken. Everything was good except woman that was taking fingerprints could not get a good picture for one finger. She tried like 10 times and it would not pass. I was wondering if that's something we should worry about and do something or its' fine because it is only one not perfect print?
I would appreciate your comments.

ok, so if anyone is interested, fingerprints got rejected, and new ACS letter has been sent. So yes, for only one finger we are gonna re-do it!
 
Go to a dermatologist and ask him for help. Her skin in her hands is probably thin and or dry. The doctor should give you creams that would help bringing the prints back. It's that simple.
