fingerprinting

After filing the application for US Citizenship, can fingerprinting be done in a U.S Consulate abroad ?
If yes, do we have to submit another form along with the N400 ?

I went through the ins website and was lost.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

INS is vague about it in their website. But the answer to your question is no - you cannot get the FP done overseas
