Is it possible to prepone or Postpone Fingerprinting Date ? If yes , who do you call to reschadule ? to INS service centre or to Local INS office where FP is schaduled ?

Generally when you get FP notice, how much advance notice you get for actual Fingerprinting ?

if the perosn is outside the united states, can Fingerprinting be done @ US counsulate abroad ?

you can postpone without informing the FP center

As per the lawyer fp can be given anytime from scheduled date to 90 days.So without informing the fp center it is better to delay than asking for rescheduleing.Rescheduling sometimes ends up in getting scheduled/appointment immedietely.

Is it possible to prepone FP? If it is possible do we need to reschedule FP? Or can we just walk in on any day before or after the appointment day?

You need FP notice to do your FP in any case

Once you have the notice, you can just walk in...
