Hi Immigration Gurus,
I filed my EB2 immigration papers concurrently for 140/485 with VSC last week . I have a question on the probable time lines for FP notice. Is the FP notice sent only after 485 processing has started i.e after the Processing date at VSC reaches my Receipt date or it can come much before probably along with the processing of EAD and AP applications which will occur much earlier that 485 ? Please give me an idea as to what is likely to happen .

Along with your receipt notice

I applied for 140&485 in august last week and got receipt notices on Sept16th. These recipts have a mesg saying I have to go for finger prints. This is a new change, My Lawyer was also not aware of it. there will be 1800# on it just call them for biometric appointment...

Thanks for the reply . Can you give me some more information of your case ? Is it EB2 or EB3 and was it filed in VSC or not ? Actually I am trying to figure out the processing patterns for VSC only and when did you exactly file your 140/485 application ?
