Fingerprinting status not updated

Hello,

I am concerned why the status of my second fingerprinting has not been updated. My I-485 ND is 01/08/03. I did my first fingerprinting in April 2003 and my second one on 09/29/04. When I lookup the status of my case, I still see the very old message from April 2003:

> On April 2, 2003, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485
> Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were
> received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a
> notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

I was hoping that the message would now change and acknowledge that I did my second fingerprinting. Is this something to be worried about? Originally my second FP was scheduled for 9/15, but I rescheduled it for 9/29. Would that matter?.

I have also seen that the USCIS website states they are processing I-485 cases for June 1 2003 at VSC. Mine was filed in Jan 2003. Does anyone have information on whether their processing date of June 2003 is "real" ?

I am in same boat. My ND 03/2003 and I did my second fingerprint on 10/19/2004. Still same previouse message of first fingerprint.

Don't worry. I think this is common.

Let me know your LUD Change recently ?
What is ur service center?
 
Don't worry all guys!!! LUD or online message is not reliable. Some officers make it and others do not... Who knows? USCIS is funny!!
 
Hi,

I had done my second fingerprinting on 9/29. I was concerned that online message was not changing. I had to reschedule my FP appointment twice, that was making me even more worried. I see that the Last Updated date on my case has changed to 11/04/04, but the online message is still the same (see below). Is this normal? If my LUD changed, shouldn't the online message also change and acknowledge that I did the FP on 9/29. Is there anything I need to do?

My LUD Changed today

Unfortunately i do not see any change in my LUD, don't know whats happening with my case. When was ur FP done? I did mine on 9/25 and since then no change AT ALL. My spouse did on 10/13, no change there too. It makes me worry a lot.

However, i did receive an email from FBI that they sent the name check results to CIS on 10/30/04. But then i don't see any activity on my case.

I and my wife did our FP on Oct 7th at Newark NJ
No status change and LUD till yesterday. I called USCIS yesterday and enquire about my case. Nothing happened thru .. the lady said call back after december.
Today tomorrow I see mine LUD as 11/18. I don't know whether its because they are working on the case or because of yesterdays call.
 
Dont worry about LUD change for FP

I called the 1-800 number on my 485 receipt and spoke to a guy. I told him my wife and I did FP on the same day, yet mine still says pending further review whereas my wife's says "processing has resumed". He took my A# and said everything looks fine and I have nothing to worry about. Also he said the LUD is "hit and miss" and sometimes it is updated and sometimes skipped!
Both my wife and I did get our EAD's and AP approved, about 3 weeks after doing FP.
So dont worry about LUD!
