Yes, they give specific date for fp, if you have fp notice in your hand you can pre-pond or post-pond, i pre-ponded my fp at same center by 15 days
Also - does Adv Parole and EAD approval depend on getting Fingerprinting done?
Nop, only I-485 approval is based on fp
and i heard at one point ap and ead was depended on your I-140 approval for concurrent filier, but i think ins later ruled out that sequesnce, but for regular I-485 it shouldn't effect anyway.
