Hello Everyone,
My I-140 got approved in July 05, I had filed my I-485 concurrently in Oct 2004 with my I-140. In November 2004 I and my wife received notices for fingerprinting after filing I-140 and I-485 and we got it done. There was no status update on the USCIS website. I had called at the FBI no. and they told me that its processed and they have send out the information to USCIS.
My question is how much time is the Fingerprinting valid for ?? since I have been reading in the Forums here that people often receive 2nd fingerprinting notices. The other question I have is that about Biometrics and FP-Code. What does this mean ?? Is it the same as fingerprinting or something different. Can anyone please explain.
