fingerprinting notice

Hi everybody,

How can you figure out if your fingerprints were checked and arrived at BCIS? Here are my data:

RD: 02/02
FP: 06/02

When I check my case status online by LIN #, there is no mention about fingerprinting. It's basically the same message from the beginning about my I-485 application beeing processed.

Also had anybody with a RD from 12/01, 01/02 or 02/02
received any news-approval or RFE?

INS says not to worry about status.

Same problem with me. Though, I had finger printing done in May 2002, INS did not update the status. However, I got confirmation of the reciept from the FBI by calling FBI number- 304-625-5590.
I also called INS. The INS custormer support lady told me, my fingerprints are in their national database and not to worry about the status. On my question if my case was held because of non update of status, She replied "NO" and said the INS officer will check the Natinal database for finger prints when he is ready to processes my case......
