My case was transferred from VSC to Houston on 25th July. On 8/21/01, I received this notice from local INS saying I need to appear for FP and also need to fill the affidavit of support form (I-864). They have also asked me to submit Tax returns, W-2, employemnt lettr when I come for FP
I had done my FP in Dec 2000.
My question is
1. Is INS houston starting all over again on my file?
2. Are we suppose to fill the affidavit of support for employment based cases too?
Has anyone got similar experience?
