FingerPrinting @ Newark - concern

Has anyone done their finger printing at newark which was taken manually on paper (as opposed to on the machine)? If so, what is the average time before it reaches FBI. I did my fingerprinting in Newark on 11/12/2004. Called the FBI today and they said they still didn't get it yet. Should I be concerned?
