After Baji's prompt response to my post yesterday for the TSC tel#, I called up TSC to inquire about my parents' GC. They said there is a 'hold' on their application & that my parents will have to go to the DAllas District Office to get their I-89 (fingerprints) done/scheduled. The TSC rep clearly told me that they cannot send me anything in writing to do the FP. My concern is that when they go to the Dallas District Office based on this telephonic conversation with TSC, the Dallas office will need written authorization from TSC to do the fingerprints. Has anyone gotten the same feedback & gone thru the same steps at the Dallas District Office? If so, I would appreciate it if you could post your experience.
