Fingerprinting in Norfolk, VA

Did anybody tried to do early fingerprinting in Norfolk, VA? Please share your experiences. Thanks in advance.
 
I did early FP in June. Normally they won't accept early FP . I have gone there for submiting biometrics for Efiled EAD and then requested them to do FP2 also. They initially refused to do so, but finally agreed after some pursuation. So i don't think that they will agree if you simply go there and ask for early FP2.
