Fingerprinting fees?

Is it true that we have to pay a service fee of $25 when we go to the INS service center for fingerprinting. If so, what forms of payment do they accept (cash, check, credit card, etc).

Your finger print fees were sumbitted at the time you filed I-485.
There will be no fee at the application center. Just show up with
a photo ID and the notice.
