fingerprinting fee

I was reading about fees on the official web
http://www.uscis.gov/propub/ProPubVAP.jsp?dockey=d172e35e4e0382e18b7275af68ef1be0
, and i found this:
(f) U.S. visa fingerprinting [36-Fingerprints] 85. USD

Is this true? We will have to pay extra for the fingerprints?

yes, u do have to pay for fingerprinting.haha.

I can not believe!!!!
SO i will have to pay 775USD + 85 USD???

i don't know about CP, but for AOS, yes u do.

If you do CP, you don't have to pay this fee.
