Thanks everyone for your replies, I really appreciate it. I got the 2nd fingerprinting done. They did ask why we are coming late but were nice and did my fingerprinting anyway. They however refused to get my wife\'s FP done since she didn\'t get her notice. We also overheard the person say that he would accept persons for FP on or after the FP date but not before. And a person can go upto 90 days after the FP date (I\'m not sure if he said 30 or 90 though) and if your FP date has passed you can walk in on any wednesday or saturday to get your FP done. This was at the Texas center. We have to now contact INS about my wife\'s FP\'s.
