Hi,
I was wondering will they ask about immigrant
intent when you get your fingerprinting done (Code 3) at ASC office? I'm set to get my fingerprinting done soon and I'd like to know when they see my passport and see my TN status about my intent.

I appreciate your help and advice.

Thanks in advance,

Just relax your fingers and keep on smiling when they took your FP. In my experience, they are very nice.

Yes, they do not bother about the current status. They just see your notice and take the fingerprints. The passport is seen only for the ID purpose.

Thanks guys, this really calms me down. Also, do you think I can go to get them done earlier than the appointment date/time? I've read a few postings that you can do that but you need a valid reason. I guess I just wanted to get it over with coz its 2 weeks from now. What do you think?

Thanks again!

If you really have a valid reason, then you can try (if the ASC is closer to the place you live). But if not, (in my opinion) it is best to follow the INS instructions.
